OFSAN Website
The INFOSAN is the information platform for health in Vaud state.
Its aim is to provide data and information on health in Vaud state for its population and also to communicate on the activity of the organism.
The process
The website creation was a first experience for the INFOSAN members.
I helped them to define what type of users would be interested by the kind of information the organism provide.
I ran workshops with them to define a list of persona which matches the kind of person they expect to visit their website.
- An admisitrative person form OFSAN
- a journalist
- someone living in Vaud state
- a researcher
The defining of those persona helped us to define needs and pains for each profile in order to design the platform.
As OFSAN is an official organism of Vaud state we had to be complient with the new style of the Vaud state, with the possibility to create new component which didn’t exist in the Design System.
